How to assign a shipping address to a printer

  1. Go to the Home page and click the company you would like to add the location for. 
  2. Click the Add Location button to create a new shipping address. 
  3. Enter the printer's address and add a descriptive name (Examples: Denver, Chicago 4th Floor, etc) and click the Save button. 
  4. On the left hand side menu, select the printer you want to assign to the Location. 
  5. Click the Edit printer properties button to the right of Printer Details. It's shaped like a pencil. 
  6. Select the correct Location from the drop down and click the Save button.
