Preventative Maintenance Kit levels reported incorrectly on some HP Large Format models

On certain HP large format printers, including DesignJet XL 3800, DesignJet T850 and DesignJet XT950, the preventative maintenance kit levels are reported inaccurately. HP is aware of this issue and is releasing a firmware update to address this. Once this firmware version has been released, we will update this article with the minimum required firmware. 

This issues causes two inaccuracies to appear in Printerpoint:

1. Preventative maintenance kit level is reported upside down. Example: If PMKIT1 has 100% life remaining, it will report as 0% remaining. If PMKIT1 has 75% life remaining, it will report as 25% remaining.
2. Preventative maintenance kit names appear incorrectly. Instead of "PMKIT1", Printerpoint displays "1". 

Both of these problems will be resolved when HP releases the next firmware version for these models.
