To further troubleshoot tracking issues occurring with a printer in Printerpoint, capture log files for the Agent Service in debug mode and forward them back to support@sepiline.com for review.
- Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sepialine\Agent and open the Agent.exe.config file in Notepad.
- Search the file text for the string Set Sepialine logging here, update the related level value to "DEBUG", Save the file.
- Click Start > Run, type services.msc and click OK.
- In the Windows services console, right-click on the Agent Service and select Restart.
- Wait 10 minutes for data to be gathered.
- Email the PrinterpointAgent.log files located in the C:\ProgramData\Sepialine\PrinterpointAgent\Logs\Agent_SYSTEM directory to support@sepialine.com for review.
- Browse back to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sepialine\Agent and re-open the Agent.exe.config file in Notepad.
- Search the file text for the string Set Sepialine logging here, update the related level value to "WARN", Save the file.
- Click Start > Run, type services.msc and click OK.
- In the Windows services console, right-click on the Agent Service and select Restart.
