The following HP PageWide XL printers are supported by Printerpoint:

Requirements for Canon TX and iPF PRO Series

The following Canon imagePROGRAF printers are supported for Supply Monitoring only (no meter reads/category billing available)

Supported imagePROGRAF printers with internal hard drives will display up to one year’s worth of historical data when initially connected to Printerpoint. Printers with no hard drive will display a limited amount of historical data when initially connected to Printerpoint.

The following KIP printers are supported by Printerpoint:

Please note: To record a lifetime counter from an Océ printer, SNMP must be enabled. If SNMP is not enabled, Printerpoint will still record monthly usage and display a relative counter.

The following Ricoh large format printers are supported by Printerpoint:

  • MP CW2201SP, MP CW2200SP, W7100, W5100, W3601, W3600, W2400, 480W, 240W, MP W6700SP

The following Xerox large format printers are supported by Printerpoint:

  • Version AccXES 14.x or higher
