If you assign a service alert to a technician, the alert will be not be displayed in the Daily Digest email or shown as a Critical/Warning alert anymore. The technician will receive an email and see a notification of the case when they log into Printerpoint.
To assign an alert, from the Service page:
- Click the Assign button (
)
- Select a technician from the drop down list. This list shows all Printerpoint users on your account.
- The technician will receive an email and the alert now appears as an assigned case.
