Canon TX, TM, TZ and iPF PRO series printers require a configuration change to support the
following billing methods:
- Paper and ink usage
- Ink coverage
- Duty Counters
From the panel of your printer, follow these steps:
- Log in with administrative rights
- Click "Device User Settings"
- Click "Job History Sending Setting"
- Change from "Do Not Send" to "Send"
This affects all TX, TM, TZ and iPF PRO Series printers from Canon.
